About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Tarleton, a public higher education institution in Texas, for a Student Information System (SIS). Tarleton is seeking to better understand the higher education technology market supporting student information, including functional capabilities, technical architecture, and integration options offered by proposed solutions. They are also interested in the vendors' experience and expertise in implementing SIS solutions at public higher education institutions similar in size and complexity to Tarleton, as well as the vendors' ability to provide a seamless integration between the SIS and the institution's Workday and FAMIS systems.
The addendum provides responses to questions received, including information about Tarleton's current systems and the drivers behind their need to explore a new SIS. Tarleton is seeking both software and service providers to respond to the RFI, and the addendum clarifies that this is not a purchasing proposal, but rather an information-gathering exercise to support Tarleton's evaluation and budgeting process.
