About this file

This is an errata document for the Ozark-St. Francis National Forests Resort Prospectus, Version 1, issued by the United States Department of Agriculture on February 2, 2026. The errata corrects a single clarification regarding the revenue figures presented in Table 2 of Section I.A. (Introduction) of the Prospectus for Granger-Thye Concessions, specifically for the Shores Lake & White Rock Recreation Areas permit.

The revision modifies the descriptive language beneath Table 2 to provide accurate clarification of what revenue streams are included in the three-year average gross revenue totals. The existing language stated that totals "only include camping fees and day use fees at Shores Lake and White Rock, no additional amenities." The revised language clarifies that the totals "include camping fees and day use fees at Shores Lake and White Rock, as well as retail store and firewood sales at White Rock." This correction ensures that prospective concessionaires have accurate information regarding the revenue composition when evaluating the financial performance of these recreation areas.
