The Troutdale Federal Warehouse is located within the city limits of Troutdale, Oregon, a suburb 15 miles east of Portland. While the town itself is generally a residential community, the GSA warehouse is located next to the Troutdale airport, a small commuter terminal owned by the Port of Portland in an industrial area fronting the Columbia River. The facility consists of this main warehouse (west - OR0501PT) and a small companion building (north - OR0502PT). The complex currently does not have any delineated or assigned parking spaces. Built in 1945, the buildings are single story metal construction. They currently comprise the only GSA owned warehouse complex in the Portland metro area.
