About this file

This is a cost proposal attachment for an Investigator contract issued by the Kentucky Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) under RFP-540-2200000133, with a contract term spanning 2022 through 2024. The document establishes the pricing framework for investigative services to be provided on behalf of the EPSB. Vendors are required to submit an hourly rate for the provision of investigative services as part of their proposal response.

Pricing for the contract is structured on an hourly basis, with vendors required to specify their hourly rate for investigative services. Travel expenses associated with the contract will be reimbursed in accordance with Kentucky's state reimbursement policy as outlined in 200:KAR 2:006, with vendors required to submit either original or certified copies of receipts for all travel expenses incurred. The cost proposal form itself is not to be altered by respondents, and additional information regarding the state's travel reimbursement policy is available through the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet website.
