About this file

This is a submission guidance document for the Enterprise Portal AMAC (Air Force Research Laboratory Multiple Award Contract) system, providing step-by-step instructions for vendors to submit proposals to the AFRL IDIQ solicitation (FA8652-26-R-0001). Vendors must create an account using Google or Microsoft authentication, establish a new organization (recommended format: "AMAC - Company Name"), and complete profile settings ensuring alignment with the formal business entity submitting the proposal. After finalizing settings, vendors navigate to the "Vehicles" section, locate "AMAC IDIQ," and access the proposal submission page where documents are uploaded and automatically timestamped by the AcqBot application.

This guidance applies to the Air Force Research Laboratory's Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract opportunity valued at $10 billion (combined maximum for all awardees), with a five-year base period and three optional one-year extensions. The procurement targets Science and Technology requirements under NAICS code 541715 (Research and Development Services) with a 1,000-employee size standard, prohibits foreign participation, and guarantees a minimum $500 order per awardee. Award will be made using FAR Part 15 competitive procedures without discussion, with future order values and contract types (including Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee) determined by the Contracting Officer's specific requirements.

Select “Sign Up to create an account. Login will require use of one of the listed authenticators, Google or Microsoft.

When you first sign in, you will need to “Create New Organization.” The New Organization name may be anything since it will be visible only to you. However, the team recommends “AMAC – Company Name”

After selecting your newly created Organization, you will fill out the “Settings” portion of your profile. Ensure that these details match the entity information of the business, joint venture, or entity formally submitting the AMAC proposal.

After finalizing settings, select “Vehicles” then scroll to find the “AMAC IDIQ.” After clicking “AMAC IDIQ,” you will be taken to the proposal submission page where you may upload documents. Proposals will be timestamped at submission by the AcqBot application.
