Manage eSourcing Profile
Welcome to the U.S. Postal Service eSourcing application. The first step in gaining access to this application is registering your company. This guide will provide a walkthrough of the steps necessary to complete the registration process. Please read through this guide completely prior to starting the registration process.
Register Company
Whether you are self-employed or have an established company and would like to conduct business with USPS, it is required to have a valid DUNS and 5 to 6 digit NAICS code prior to registering for eSourcing. We recommend you research and compile the required data before registering at https://uspsprod.emptoris.com.
You can acquire a DUNS number by calling 1 (866) 705-5711 or by visiting the D&B website (dnb.com) and clicking on the “Get a D&B D-U-N-S Number selection under the Customer Resources column.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is a standard for use by Federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments for the collection, analysis, and publication of statistical data related to the business economy of the United States. If you are unsure of what the NAICS code is for your organization, visit the NAICS home page (www.naics.com). Follow the directions on the screen for a free search to determine the 5-6 digit NAICS code that applies to your organization.
