About this file
The document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs for institutional and personal laundry services for its Manteno facility. The services are required from November 22, 2021, to December 04, 2022. The RFQ specifies the required unit pricing for institutional and personal laundry services, with a grand total requested. Vendors must submit their quotes by the due date, and the winning vendor will be selected based on the lowest total bid.
The RFQ includes warranty requirements for new products, delivery timelines, and terms that prohibit price increases and guarantee the lowest price. The agency reserves the right to reject any offers, award by item or in total, and waive minor defects. Vendors may attach additional pages to describe their proposal for the requested services.
