About this file

This document is a Government Responses to RFI Questions for the Enterprise Logging Ingest and Cyber Situational Awareness Refinery (ELICSAR) Vulnerability Assessment & Learning - Automated Remediation (VALAR) Request for Information (RFI). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNCD) is seeking industry capabilities for a Big Data Platform (BDP) service to deploy and sustain cloud-based enterprise data storage and analytics capabilities on the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) compliant Unified Platform.

Key details include operating in unclassified and classified domains, current cloud infrastructure on AWS, data ingestion of petabytes of daily data, and potential interoperability with Lower Echelon Analytic Platform (LEAP) - Tactical (LTAC) edge analytics. The RFI is open to all business sizes, supports hybrid/on-site/remote work models, and requires compliance with Zero Trust principles (NIST framework). Response submission is via Attachment 1 Excel spreadsheet, with a close date of 25 November 2025. The government may pursue future demonstrations and is currently not requesting an RFP, focusing instead on gathering industry capabilities and technical insights.
