Key deliverables include providing proofs and overlays, test warrants, packaging and palletizing requirements, secured transport, and timely deliveries. The warrants must meet strict security, formatting, and performance requirements to process on the SCO's production equipment. The bid responses are due within 7 days of the agreement execution, with test warrants due 14 days after proof approval, and production warrants due between October 2024 and March 2025 depending on the warrant series. The contractor will be required to reimburse the SCO for any unusable warrants over a 1% error rate, and may be required to reprint the entire order at no cost if the error rate exceeds 10%. Pricing and payment terms are provided in the exhibits.
