| Worksheet for Technical Proposal for 2012 National Postsecondary Student Aid Study | |||||
| As part of their technical proposal, offerors shall submit the information requested using the following format exactly. Numbers presented in this worksheet shall be the same as those used in an offeror's cost proposal. Offerors shall not provide cost information as part of this technical proposal worksheet. Answers provided on this worksheet will be used (in part) in evaluating offerors' technical proposals. Thus, this worksheet is intended primarily to assist the proposal evaluation panel in determining what is being proposed, including specific technical assumptions made by the offeror. However, it also serves as a guide to offerors to indicate the overall complexity of the project. Offerors not providing the information exactly as requested may be considered nonresponsive to this solicitation. Offerors shall list separately any additional products and services, following the last entry in the worksheet. Offerors shall submit this worksheet as an Excel spreadsheet on CD-ROM. | |||||
