Participation Management
System Processing Volumes Version 3.2
October 2017
Overview This document contains statistics and information about Participation Management system and customer service processing volumes. It is divided into five parts: Web & Paper Enrollments (including Foreign Schools), SAIG Mailboxes (including deletions), Web Enrollment Quarterly Statistics, Peak Web Processing Volumes, and Customer Service issue volumes. The Peak Processing Volumes section displays a performance measure on the amount of hits observed during the peak months of processing (both Web and Record based). The information in this document was compiled using AEDS Operations Weekly Status Report documents which entailed querying of the database. All figures are based on the calendar years specified.

Part V: Customer Service Incident Volumes
CPSSAIG Helpdesk receives and tracks incoming customer service issues (via phone and email) for the Participation Management system as part of the overall AEDS customer service volume. The charts below track the number of incidents received for PM monthly, and provide some insight into peak processing volume times. PM customer service logs tend to peak in the month of December, with the Active Confirmation process. PM also often sees increases in volume in July and September, tied to hiring and processing cycles at postsecondary institutions.
