Industry Partners are invited to showcase IT capabilities in three primary focus areas: (1) Artificial General Intelligence applications for enterprise, operational, and tactical network operations and maintenance; (2) Power generation, storage, and management solutions for enterprise technology applications and tactical operation centers, including heat-mitigation techniques; and (3) Secure high-throughput and low-signature data transmission in fixed and mobile environments. The Government is also interested in related expertise including Advanced Energy Systems, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, Edge Computing, Internet of Things, Information Technology, Robotics and Autonomous Systems, SOF Operations, and Virtual Reality.

Companies must submit interest by 11:00 AM ET on February 20, 2026, to Contract Specialist Matt Smeriglio (matt.smeriglio@gsa.gov) with company name, website, point-of-contact information, preferred presentation date/time, an NDA for government signature, and a specific IT solution marketing attachment. Presentations must include architectural breakdowns, identified risks and constraints, capability analysis, market research, and technology development roadmaps. White papers are required for future or hypothetical technology presentations. Following the event, USSOCOM may negotiate awards through subcontracts, OTAs, experimental procurement, CRADAs, FAR-based contracts, or SBIR contracts. Awardees may require NIST SP 800-171 compliance. This event does not guarantee an RFP issuance or contract award.
