About this file

Summary

This document is a contractor affidavit and compliance package for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia for FY2026-2027 Task Order Contracting Services. The package comprises multiple exhibits detailing mandatory compliance requirements and certifications that contractors must complete prior to contract award. While specific project scopes or service descriptions are not detailed in these exhibits, the documentation establishes the framework for contractor qualification and authorization across the University System of Georgia institutions.

The compliance requirements include federal work authorization verification through the E-Verify program, tax compliance certification through the Georgia Department of Revenue (for contracts valued at $100,000 or greater), and scrutinized company certifications regarding operations in Sudan, Russia, Belarus, and China. Contractors must also provide current Certificates of Insurance meeting Board of Regents minimum standards, including commercial general liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, builders risk coverage equal to 100% of the contract sum, and umbrella liability of $2,000,000 per occurrence or $4,000,000 aggregate for contracts under $5,000,000 (or $2,000,000/$10,000,000 aggregate for larger contracts). All documentation must be notarized where applicable and submitted to the specified state entity for processing in accordance with the Georgia Procurement Manual.
