The images below show examples of windows and heater registers that are along the downstream wall. There are 23 sets of windows (69 windows in all) and 100 heater registers along this gallery.
The images below show the 1603 Gallery from the south end (left) and the north end (right), indicating visually how long this gallery is. The 1603 Gallery is part of the tour path for visitors and VIPs and must be inspected and cleaned daily according to the operations schedule. Any leaks/wet spots caused by leaking from the roadway above or from the water lines within the pipe chase behind the blue panels must be mopped up daily. Unusually severe leaks should be reported to the COR.
The images below show three dam windows that are covered by metal screens. Not less than annually, at the beginning of each Period of Performance, these screens must be removed and cleaned, and the windows and spaces behind them cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Removal of the screens requires only standard hand tools such as a flathead screwdriver or wrench.
1603 Gallery South Tower 6th Floor
The images below show the North Tower 11th Floor conference room and viewing deck. The conference room is used intermittently for meetings, trainings, office space, and tours. The viewing deck is part of the public and VIP tour route.

The image below is the Visitor Center Theater. This area is open to the public throughout the year and hosts large groups of visitors,often groups of children with food, meeting, presentations, and training intermittently.
The two images below show a sample of the size, type, and quantity of external windows that must be maintained at the Visitor Center. Not all windows are represented, and the building has internal glass partitions, as well. All windows in this building must be clean inside and out, year-round.
