This series of maps depicts (for HUD-insured mortgages secured by nursing homes) the distribution of (FHA) insurance-in-Force, high risk loans with red MROC scores, 60+ day defaults, and claims across the country. The maps are drillable from that national level, to HUB, to state, and to county. Maps may be cast for data as of any one month over the period March, 2003 to the present. Beyond county level, each map lands at a table of the properties comprising the population being mapped. Pointing the mouse to hover over any county displays data on the county, the number of properties located in it, aggregate UPB, economic vacancy, market vacancy, and the proportion of UPB at (credit) risk relative to total (FHA) insurance in force.
