Questions for DTNH22-13-R-00681
DYNAMIC ROLLOVER
Will you please provide clarification on these questions?
1. Past Performance Questionnaire
Q. The use of attachment J.2 Performance Questionnaire is unclear. We assume that this form is to be used by the references listed in Section III of the Technical Report, but it is unclear whether is to be provided to the reference by the Government or by respondents to the RFQ. Please clarify.
A. You should respond for it in the RFP.
2. Test Procedures
Q. Part III, Section J lists the following test procedures:
1. J.3 Fishhook Test Procedure
2. J.4 Dropped Throttle Procedure
3. J.5 J Turn Test Procedure
4. J.6 Sine with Dwell
The Fishhook Test procedure can be found on pages 74-116, and the Sine with Dwell procedure is found on pages 164 – 205 as “Electronic Stability Control NCAP Confirmation Test”. Equivalently detailed procedures for the Dropped Throttle and J Turn procedures are not given. Do such detailed procedures exist or will the contractor be responsible for developing test procedures for those tests?
A. The Dropped Throttle and J Turn are discussed in the attachments and have been performed as indicated in the notice of proposed rulemaking. However, detailed test procedures not exist. Unlike the fishhook and sine with dwell test procedures in their attachments to the contract. The contractor will be responsible for developing detailed test procedures.
