About this file

This is a Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) advertisement for the Michigan state government soliciting bids for replacing the HVAC system at the Southwest Region Office (Project 591/22395.JLM). The project involves the complete replacement of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system at the designated facility. Prospective bidders are required to submit responses by the specified due date, with site visits and a pre-bid meeting available to interested parties to assess project conditions and clarify scope requirements. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder meeting all bid requirements, with the term of performance contingent upon project completion timelines as detailed in the solicitation documents.

The solicitation establishes pricing terms based on fixed bid amounts for the complete HVAC system replacement project. Funding for this project is provided through the State of Michigan's capital improvement budget. Bidders must comply with all state procurement regulations, prevailing wage requirements applicable to public works projects, and any bonding or insurance requirements specified in the contract documents. The advertisement serves as the formal notice to potential contractors of the state's intention to procure these HVAC replacement services through a competitive bidding process.
