Description and Cause of Damage: Marina bulkhead compromised, listing out toward water at approximately 15 degrees in some locations due to high water inundation and wave action during Hurricane Sandy. All docks floated off pilings and washed away due to high water.

Scope/Description of Repair: Conduct underwater inspection of bullkhead to confirm corrective measures.

Possible solution - excavation of material behind bulkhead, excavation of gravel parking lot as needed to install subsurface concrete anchors and tie backs to bulkhead to return bulkhead to vertical. Need to replace all docks.
