QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES TO SOLICITATION

1. Section L on page 46 of the RFP says to “Provide the following information:… (c) a completed copy of Section K in the RFP, if the offer is not registered and completed their representations and certifications in the System for Award Management.” RFP page 40 includes a Representation (deviation) in 52.203-98. This is not SAM. Do we include this Representation at 52.203-98 in our proposal since it is not in the Representation and Certification in SAM?

Response: By submission of a proposal in response to this solicitation you acknowledge and abide by FAR CLAUSE 52.203-98 Prohibition on Contracting with Entities that Require Certain Internal Confidentiality Agreements-Representations (FEB 2015)

2. The RFP states that this will be a “single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. Do you expect one proposal covering all (or most) of the requirements specified in sections 3.3.1 to 3.3.5? Alternatively, will you consider proposals that address a subset of these requirements?

Response: The Government intends to make one award that addresses all of the requirements.
