A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM MST/MDT via Microsoft Teams, with written questions due by June 10, 2026 and responses provided by June 15, 2026. A bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount is required, along with performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract price as mandated by NMSA 13-4-18 for construction contracts exceeding $25,000. New Mexico and Native American Resident Preferences are available, providing 100 points for resident business preferences or 80 points for veteran preferences. Evaluation criteria totaling 1,000 points include Organizational Experience (400 points), Organizational References (150 points), Desirable Specifications (150 points), Financial Stability (50 points), Oral Presentations (50 points), and Cost (200 points). No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified, and no specific budget range or award value is disclosed.
