About this file
This is a posting link letter from the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), an agency within the California Environmental Protection Agency, regarding RFP(S) DRR25029 for Tire Market Analysis and Support. CalRecycle is soliciting proposals for technical resources to conduct tire market analysis, data collection, and recommendations to strengthen tire markets and support the agency's tire market development programs. The primary deliverable is an annual California tire market analysis report that quantifies tire markets and uses, documents waste tire flows, market demands and trends, recycling rates, and the quantity of California-generated waste tires under management. Additionally, the contractor must provide tire industry-specific insights and content to support CalRecycle's development and organization of two annual sponsored tire conferences. All solicitations must be submitted through CalRecycle's electronic bid submission platform, the CityInnovate vendor portal, accessed via the designated link provided in the letter. Prospective bidders must register as vendors, review the solicitation details, and complete all required documents before the final submission deadline.
The posting letter provides instructions for accessing and submitting proposals through the eBid portal but does not specify contract pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, response deadlines, or contract duration in this document. Interested proposers are directed to contact Nadine Mills, Contract Analyst in the Administrative Services Branch, at (916) 344-6399 or nadine.mills@calrecycle.ca.gov for questions regarding the solicitation. Additional information regarding the solicitation status and details can be found on CalRecycle's contracts webpage at www.calrecycle.ca.gov/Contracts.
