About this file

The provided document is a set of construction drawings for a raised curb project at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) in New Mexico. The drawings detail specifications for installing a raised concrete median at the intersection of Picatinny and Headquarters Avenue, including 90 linear feet of 6" concrete curb, backfilling with borrow material and gravel, pavement markings, and solar-powered LED stop and yield signs.

Key technical requirements include using 3000 PSI concrete with #4 rebar, a 20' offset from the existing curb, retroreflective white and yellow markings, and specific installation instructions such as saw-cutting the curb 2' west of the pavement edge and not disturbing existing landscaping. The project is part of a small business set-aside contract under NAICS code 237310, with an estimated value between $25,000 and $100,000, and a planned 90-calendar day completion timeframe after contract award.
