About this file
This document is a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Contractor-Furnished Equipment required under the Yuma Mission Test Support Services contract opportunity, W9124R-24-R-0004. The PWS lists the specific equipment the contractor must provide, including office furniture, personal protective equipment, and office supplies. The contractor must recoup the costs for these items in their indirect charge rate and cannot bill for them directly. Once the government-furnished property reaches end of life, the contractor is responsible for replacing it. The contractor-furnished property remains contractor-owned and is not to be identified as contractor-acquired property or government-furnished property. This PWS is an attachment to the larger draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Yuma Proving Ground Mission Test Support Services contract.
