NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK

1.0 INTRODUCTION

The United States Marine Corps (USMC), through the Communication Directorate (CD), will support 2026 Army–Navy Week in New York City, New York, from 7–13 December 2026, in conjunction with the 2026 Army–Navy Football Game.

Army–Navy Week provides an opportunity for the Department of War (DoW) to engage with the American public, strengthen relationships with national and local stakeholders, and support communication, outreach, engagement, and ceremonial activities associated with the Army–Navy Game.

The U.S. Marine Corps will provide personnel and communication support in coordination with the Department of the Navy, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and other participating DoW organizations. Due to the number of Marines supporting the event and the extended operational requirements associated with Army–Navy Week, lodging accommodations and reliable Internet connectivity are required to support personnel accountability, mission execution, coordination, communication, and other mission-support activities.

The requirement is intended to provide hotel accommodations, reliable Internet connectivity, security, and associated hotel services necessary for Marine Corps personnel to effectively execute assigned missions throughout the event.

The requirement is SECNAV- and CMC-driven and supports Department of War (DoW) coordination, public engagement, communication, outreach, ceremonial activities, and operational requirements associated with Army–Navy Week.
