About this file
This document is a technical exhibit containing historical metrics for the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program (WCP). The WCP provides non-clinical case management and advocacy services for Special Operations Forces (SOF) wounded, ill, or injured (WII) service members.
The key metrics included are: current active duty WII cases with open Recovery Care Plans, total number of cases in the database, total cases directly supported, advocacy engagements, and total new cases. The caseload ratio follows the guidelines in DoDI 1300.24, serving a maximum of 40 cases per Recovery Care Coordinator. The number of open cases may be increased with appropriate waivers. This technical exhibit supports the Warrior Care Global Support (WCGS) effort, a non-personal service, performance-based requirement for the USSOCOM WCP to provide support services across the USSOCOM enterprise.

| Technical Exhibit (TE) 4 - HISTORICAL SOCS-WCP METRICS |
| SOCOM-WCP follows the Recovery Care Coordinator caseload ratio as currently outlined in DoDI 1300.24, serving a maximum of 40 cases with open Recovery Care Plans (with Frequency of Contact (FOC) equal to one-or-more contacts per Quarter); actual number of open Recovery Care Plan cases assigned will depend on the acuity of the RSMs’ medical conditions and complexity of their non-medical needs. This number may be increased with appropriate waivers as per DoDI 1300.24. Caseload for inactive RCPs do not count against the DoDI 1300.24 criteria and will vary. |
