About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the 10th Space Operations Squadron's (10 SOPS) requirement for a Real Time Spectrum Analyzer (RTSA) to upgrade obsolete equipment used for radio frequency interference detection and measurement. The procurement involves one complete system comprised of 12 specific Anritsu equipment items, including a portable spectrum analyzer (MS2090A), interference finder, GNSS receiver, log periodic antenna, and associated cases and accessories. The primary system specifications include a frequency range of 3KHz to 9GHz, phase noise of 100dBc/Hz or less, and amplitude accuracy of +/-1.3dB.
Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO) to the 10th Space Operations Squadron at 661 13th Street, Building 375, Point Mugu, CA 93042-5003. The technical evaluation will assess vendor submissions based on commercial product brochures and technical documentation, with offers being deemed technically acceptable or unacceptable. All new equipment is mandated, with refurbished or used items explicitly rejected. Vendors must provide standard manufacturer documentation, manuals, and software at no additional charge, and coordinate the exact delivery date with Bernardino Abarientos III at (805) 989-7310.
