Lake Mead National Recreation Area

Statement of Work

Dispatch VoIP/RoIP Audio Logging Recorder System

Lake Mead Interagency Dispatch Center’s (LMICC) existing Equature VoIP/RoIP Audio Logging Recorder System requires equipment upgrades for modernization. LMICC also has a requirement for Maintenance and Support on a 24 x 7 x 365 schedule to include troubleshooting, operations advice, technical support, repair and damage control. The location for this project is 111 Katzenbach Drive, Boulder City, NV. 89005.

All labor necessary to support/facilitate the repair and/or replacement of any system hardware. All labor necessary to repair, replace, troubleshoot, fix, assess, remedy, or restore system operability (as required by severity level). Replacement of any and/or all parts, components, equipment, elements, and items for and of any system hardware and/or for system operability.

Requirements:

1. Replacement of the existing recording equipment with new NG911 equipment

2. Capable of capturing Analog, VoIP and RoIP signals

3. Integration with our MCC7500 Radio Dispatch System

4. Telephony and Radio capture unification

5. Unlimited software upgrades

6. Unlimited simultaneous user access

7. Hardware and Software warrant

8. 24/7/365 Telephone, Remote and On-Site Support

9. Self-Healing software designed for Public Safety applications

10. Provide extended terms of service if the government chooses to exercise an option in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
