About this file

This document is a Schedule of Services - Price Schedule for Ground Ambulance Services with a 12-month base period. The pricing schedule details five line items for medical transportation services, including:

  1. Advanced Life Support (ALS 1) Urgent Transport: 30 maximum one-way trips with a paramedic staffed unit capable of advanced medical interventions
  2. Basic Life Support (BLS) Non-Emergency Transport: 900 maximum one-way trips with two EMTs providing basic medical care
  3. Non-Emergent Advanced Life Support Transport: 30 maximum one-way trips
  4. Critical Care Transport (Specialty Care Transport): 25 maximum one-way trips for critically ill patients requiring specialized medical care
  5. Additional line items for mileage outside the base rate and waiting time beyond 30 minutes

The document indicates that the base rate for each transport type includes the first 25 miles, and the Contracting Officer (CO) may add other necessary line items such as stretcher transports. The pricing structure allows for per-trip billing with space for vendors to specify unit prices for each service type.
