About this file

This is a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for KeyPer Cabinet Maintenance Service for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). The contract requires maintenance services for sixteen (16) KeyPer Cabinets and one (1) server, located at the District Currency Facility (DCF) in Washington, DC and the Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX. The maintenance services include software upgrades, updates, patches, diagnostic support, phone support, and hardware replacement for failed parts.

The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) with a five-year period of performance: one 12-month base year from June 1, 2025 to May 30, 2026, followed by four 12-month option years. The contractor will provide 24/7 telephone and remote support, with emergency on-site service available within three business days if remote support cannot resolve issues. Travel expenses will be reimbursed under a separate Not-to-Exceed (NTE) contract line item. The solicitation indicates this is intended to be a sole-source award to Marcon International DBA KEYper Systems, as they are the sole manufacturer and authorized maintenance provider for these specific key cabinets.
