Performance Work Statement Summary

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated May 11, 2026, outlines the relocation of an existing camera system from Room 155 to Room 164 within Building 1404 (Ira C. Eaker Center for Leadership Development) at Maxwell Air Force Base. The work must be performed by Albireo Energy or their authorized technicians, as the door system and associated equipment remain under Albireo Energy warranty. Albireo Energy is responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, engineering support, and technical expertise required to safely and completely relocate the operational camera system. Work must comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OEM installation and configuration guidelines, and DoD/Agency security and cabling standards.

The contractor must safely disconnect and label the existing system in Room 155, install it in Room 164 according to OEM specifications with all necessary mounting hardware and cabling, ensure neat routing and securing of wiring, configure the system to match existing operational settings, and perform full functional testing including power verification, network connectivity, video feed quality, and recording/playback functionality. Performance standards require completion without damage (verified by visual inspection) and 100% operational functionality (verified by functional test). Deliverables due at completion include an Installation Report summarizing work performed and test results, As-Built Documentation with updated diagrams and cable routes, and Warranty Information for all materials and workmanship. Work shall be performed during normal duty hours, and contractor personnel must comply with all Air Force installation access requirements, OSHA safety standards, and security protocols including REAL ID Act compliance, vehicle inspections, and prohibited items regulations.
