The Government will provide the contractor a list of Government Points of Contact. Requests for access outside of these hours must be submitted in advance and will be subject to approval by DoDEA management.

4.0 Government-Furnished Resources

Government Furnished Property/Equipment (GFP/GFE)

The contractor shall be furnished with the equipment necessary for performance as appropriate.

This GFP/GFE will be provided at the task order level. When GFP/GPE is issued to the contractor it shall be documented on using the GFP Use Decision Document, it shall be signed by the appropriate individual(s) and maintained in the official COR and contract files. The contractor receiving the equipment is required to sign a hand receipt for all GFP/GFE. Lost or damaged equipment shall be handled in accordance with the Government Report of Survey
