About this file
This document outlines required medical services and scheduling times for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Army Medical Command. It specifies three groups of medical services with different scheduling and delivery timeframes. Group A requires same-day appointment and three-day results for orders before 10 AM, or next-day appointment and three-day results for later orders. Group B requires appointment within five days and three-day results. Group C requires appointment scheduled within the first five of 15 days and three-day results. It also provides tables listing over 100 specialty medical services with projected annual quantities, including radiology, laboratory tests, specialty consultations, and CPT codes. This appears to be an exhibit specifying deliverables for a potential contract to provide medical referral services for MEPCOM.
