About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA) to support two Hellenic Air Force (HAF) Eddy Current Inspection Systems (ECIS) - one V3 system located at Hellenic Aerospace Industry in Schimatari, Greece and one V4 system at Elfsina Air Base, Greece. The contract includes provisions to add future V5 ECIS units.

The 5-year contract (3-year base with two 1-year options) requires 24/7 phone/online technical support services as the basic requirement (CLIN 0001). Additional optional services include repair and return of parts (CLIN 0002), on-site travel support with minimum 40-hour visits (CLIN 0003), system spares and probes (CLIN 0004), and over & above services for major repairs/overhauls (CLIN 0005). The contractor must provide a quality system meeting ISO 9001-2015 standards, respond to customer requests within 48 hours, and submit trip reports within 30 days of site visits. Due to the obsolescence of both V3 and V4 systems, full support capabilities may be limited. The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker AFB is the contracting agency, with work to be performed in Greece under Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
