Sources Sought Robins Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposition Services Federal contract opportunity
Solicitation number
21BE148
Issued by
Defense Logistics Agency

About this file

This sources sought notice requests capabilities statements from small businesses interested in performing hazardous waste removal and disposition services at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. Firms must demonstrate experience with RCRA hazardous wastes, non-RCRA wastes, universal wastes, compressed gases, and PCBs. The indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract would have a one-year base period and one-year option, awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis through beta.sam.gov. Responses are due by April 12, 2022. Interested small businesses must address their ability to meet the 50% limitation on subcontracting to non-similarly situated entities given disposal costs represent a large portion of work. Capabilities statements should identify relevant experience in the last five years, as well as any similarly situated treatment, storage, and disposal facilities proposed for use. The Defense Logistics Agency will determine if a set-aside is appropriate.
