About this file

This document contains a draft past performance questionnaire for a federal contract solicitation for workboat docking services. The past performance questionnaire is to be filled out by offerors and their references to assess performance on prior similar contracts. It requests information on five performance factors: overall contract performance, technical performance, schedule performance, management performance, and customer relations. Ratings of excellent, good, acceptable, marginal, or unacceptable are to be selected for each factor, with optional comments. The related federal contract opportunity synopsis indicates this is a draft pre-solicitation for force protection small and large vessel services. It encourages review and feedback of the draft documents but notes this is not a final RFP and the government is not committed to any procurement. The Naval Sea Systems Command will be the contracting agency.
