About this file
This document provides details for an upcoming custodial cleaning services contract opportunity at Aviano Air Base in Italy. The U.S. Department of the Air Force intends to solicit quotes for custodial services covering geographically separated areas of the base, excluding medical and dining facilities, to be acquired using FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items with FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures. The services required include daily cleaning of various buildings as outlined in the operating hours provided for each facility in Appendix C, which specifies cleaning times based on daily occupancy schedules. Interested contractors should monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for release of the forthcoming Request for Quote solicitation.
