The solicitation requests 25 sealed gauge pressure transducers in varying pressure ranges (10, 15, 20, and 30 psis), 1,800 feet of polyethylene cable, and 25 data logger/satellite telemetry transmitter units with integrated solar panels and batteries. Additional hardware specifications include 25 galvanized steel posts, mounting brackets, water-resistant enclosures, and conduit for each unit. The bid was posted on April 14, 2016, with bids due by April 22, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. MST. The bid award was expected by April 26, 2016. All bids must be submitted via email, mail, or hand delivery to the DNR Purchasing Office.

Pricing must include all freight and shipping costs, with the State of Colorado bearing no shipping expenses. The cost estimate should be based on a one-time provisioning charge covering 24 hourly measurements per day across 20 wells for four years, with one data package transmitted daily and comma-delimited data files (.csv) placed on a DWR-hosted FTP site daily. Bidders must be registered on Colorado Vendor Self-Service (VSS) prior to bid opening to be considered, unless adequate competition is not demonstrated among registered vendors. All bid responses must include a completed Specification Table and Vendor Information sheet; failure to submit these required documents will result in a non-responsive bid determination. Vendors must provide warranty information for each line item and include a W-9 form with their bid submission.
