The boat must include a 50-gallon or larger gas tank, 12-circuit fuse panel, removable trolling motor with minimum 70-pound thrust, Garmin fish finder with 10-inch touchscreen display and transom-mounted transducer, and Garmin RADAR system with 10-inch display mounted on the hardtop. Additional requirements include bilge pump, external battery charging plug, complete electrical and fuel systems, steering, navigation lights, rear console seat, and standard gauges displaying RPM, MPH, engine trim position, and battery status. The vendor must demonstrate at least 20 years of experience manufacturing USCG-certified vessels. Delivery to Colorado Parks and Wildlife's Fort Collins office at 317 W Prospect Road is required on or before May 1, 2027.
The specification sheet does not contain detailed pricing information, set-asides, incumbent vendor information, funding sources, or contract term details. The document serves primarily as a verification checklist for bidders to confirm compliance with stated specifications and delivery requirements, with yes/no response fields for each specification category and the delivery deadline.
