About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 3) for a Sources Sought market research opportunity for the Taggart Lake Renewal project at Grand Teton National Park. The National Park Service is conducting a market survey to identify potential small business contractors for a future competitive procurement, specifically seeking Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and other socioeconomic categories under NAICS code 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction) with a small business size standard of $45M.
The amendment details a comprehensive site visit and industry day on December 10, 2025, from 9am to 3pm at the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center in Moose, WY. The event includes project presentations, site video viewings for Mormon Row, Highlands, and Taggart projects, and on-site project visits. Sources sought responses and capability statements are due on December 1, 2025, by 12:00 PM MT. Attendance is voluntary and not required for future solicitation participation, and transportation to site locations is not provided. The government emphasizes this is a market research effort and does not constitute a commitment to issue a solicitation.
