The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562212 Solid Waste Landfill. No formal solicitation will be issued, and no technical questions will be answered. Firms believing BIA should not pursue this procurement may submit a capability statement and pricing information by 12:00 pm Pacific Time, September 3, 2026, to Contracting Officer Brian Roberts at brian.roberts@bia.gov.
