About this file

This document is Addendum 1 for a Request for Information (RFI) DOH25-009 issued by the Florida Department of Health for Child Protection Team Services in Northeast Florida. The addendum provides responses to vendor questions regarding the RFI, covering topics such as contract details, current service providers, and service delivery requirements. The document indicates that the current services are provided by the University of Florida - Jacksonville under contract number CP14X, with an annual allocation of $3,652,631.00 for the Northeast Florida region in Fiscal Year 2025-2026.

Key details from the questions and answers reveal that the majority of Child Protection Team services must be provided in person, with limited telemedicine options for outlying areas. Providers must maintain a physical office location within the service area, including potential satellite offices in surrounding counties. The Department has not specified an estimated timeframe for releasing a procurement, and the RFI is primarily designed to gather information about potential service providers. The geographic service area includes Nassau, Baker, Duval, Clay, Putnam, St. Johns, Flagler, and Volusia counties, with services focusing on medical and forensic evaluations for child protective investigations.
