This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Health (DOH) for a Capital Circle Office Complex Relocation Project. The purpose is to obtain competitive prices for office relocation services to move items from approximately 300 offices at the DOH's Capital Circle Office Center (CCOC) in Tallahassee, Florida. The ITB includes a detailed scope of work, a mandatory site visit on July 28, 2023, and a mandatory pre-bid conference immediately following the site visit. Bids are due by August 11, 2023 and a single award will be made to the responsive, responsible respondent offering the lowest grand total price.
