About this file

This is a Dodge Replacement Parts Specifications document issued by the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works in Ohio for an informal request for bid (RFB). The County seeks a vendor to supply Chrysler Dodge replacement parts for necessary repairs to the County Fleet on an as-needed basis. Bidders must quote on all items listed, as the order will not be split and will be awarded to a single vendor based on the lowest total combined cost. The contract will be structured as a not-to-exceed purchase order for 2026, with all quoted prices remaining firm for 60 days from submission.

Pricing for this procurement is capped at $30,000.00 for the contract term. Vendors must be Chrysler Dodge Factory authorized service providers and located within a 10-mile radius of the CCDPW Fleet Services facility at 2501 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights, Ohio, to enable expeditious parts pickup for immediate repairs. Alternative parts may be proposed with prior approval, including documentation of pricing, availability, lead time, and shipping costs. Award-winning vendors must be fully registered with the Cuyahoga County Inspector General's Office and the Lawson electronic purchasing system. The County reserves the right to order non-itemized materials and supplies from the awarded vendor and to reject any price increase requests unless supported by comprehensive documentation, including Rules of Origin documentation if the increase is attributed to United States tariff policy changes.
