RESUME TEMPLATE
INSTRUCTIONS
The Contractor must provide one resume for each Key Personnel in accordance with AMS Clause 3.8.2-17 Key Personnel and Facilities (July 2019) [Section H.2] using the template provided in this attachment. Each resume must not exceed three pages and must be submitted in accordance with the proposal submission instructions provided in SIR Section L.4, Table L-2.
If submitting the same person for multiple Key Personnel positions, the Contractor must submit a separate resume for each position that provides the individual’s qualifications relevant to each position.
Each Key Personnel must meet the minimum labor category qualifications specified in Attachment J-3 Labor Categories, Section 1.2 Key Personnel. Requirements for each Key Personnel are summarized in the table below:
