About this file

This is a pricing exhibit (Exhibit B) from the State of Michigan's RFP #190000003036 for DNR Aircraft Services. The document outlines the pricing requirements for contractor services related to aircraft maintenance and repairs, specifically for a Cessna 182 aircraft.

The pricing structure requires contractors to provide hourly rates for both general maintenance/repairs and avionics maintenance/repairs, which must be approved by Aviation Manager Kevin Jacobs. Additionally, contractors must provide a flat rate fee for annual/100-hour inspections of the Cessna 182, which includes opening, inspecting, servicing, and closing the aircraft, but excludes parts. Parts are to be billed at actual cost with prior approval required from the Aviation Manager. All pricing proposals must include any one-time charges, set-up fees, and potential costs such as shipping and handling. Quick payment terms are encouraged, and contractors must certify that their prices were determined independently without consultation with other contractors.
