About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the SCIF as a Service contract opportunity.
The Government extended the White Paper submission deadline to Friday, May 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM. All submissions must arrive by this date and time to be considered "on time"; submissions after this deadline will be marked late and may not be accepted or considered for award. Companies may refine and resubmit White Papers prior to the deadline without penalty. The extension does not include changes to response requirements such as page limits. If a company submitted a White Paper before the extension was announced, that submission is accepted as timely under the new deadline. Companies that submitted prior to the extension and wish to proceed with their current submission must clearly and explicitly state this intent to the Government; the Government will not assume the company intends to move forward unless explicitly told. The email account used to ask questions need not be associated with the SAM.gov account used for White Paper submission and will not create any issues with the submission process.
