FINDINGS
The Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) Component Chaplain’s office, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has submitted a services requirement for the following:
The SDI 2.0 Training for Trainers & Trainings for SOF Identity is a three-day course which purpose is to train Religious Support Team (RST) personnel, enabling them to enhance spiritual leadership, resiliency, and the Special Operation Forces (SOF) identity across the force. We will sole-source the required services through American Strengths Center LLC for the following reasons:
1. American Strengths Center LLC possesses unparalleled familiarity with the SOF community and the specific challenges faced by families and service members within it. Their substantial experience includes teaching similar courses to other SOF units across the Department of Defense through previously awarded contracts.
2. No other vendors have expressed interest in providing comparable services.
