About this file
This is an evaluation criteria document from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) for Request for Response (RFR) 26029 regarding a Commissioner Cup Display Case custom build project. The project requires a vendor to design, construct, and install a wooden base and custom display case for a cup measuring 36 inches high by 30 inches wide, to be located at Bass Pro in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The RFR submission requirements mandate that all contractors provide responsive proposals meeting specified submission criteria to be eligible for evaluation, scoring, and ranking by the evaluation team.
Responses will be evaluated and ranked according to three primary criteria: the quality of the product, price, and timeliness of installation. The evaluation team may request additional information from applicants for evaluation purposes. The document references two images but does not provide detailed specifications regarding pricing terms, set-asides, contract term length, renewal options, funding sources, or other financial details in the available content.
