About this file

This is a Contractor Questionnaire issued by the Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen for the Sources Sought Announcement DLA-Aberdeen-26-022, which pertains to Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P) Mounted Family of Computer Systems (MFoCS) Block II Hardware. The questionnaire serves as a template to gather information from potential suppliers regarding their capability to manufacture and supply computer hardware components and installation kits similar to those required for the JBC-P system.

The questionnaire requires respondents to provide company summaries and core competencies, complete point of contact information including CAGE and DUNS numbers, and detailed past performance data on similar NSN parts with associated contract numbers and references. Respondents must demonstrate qualifications of engineering staff experienced in design and production of installation kits, computer hardware, and accessories of comparable complexity to JBC-P systems, and describe experience in identifying test equipment for similar components. The questionnaire specifically addresses supply chain risk by asking companies to identify problematic components to source or manufacture, detail their obsolescence management processes and any monitoring tools used, and explain their capability to identify alternatives for unavailable or obsolete materials. Additionally, companies must confirm their ability to meet long-term delivery schedules under fixed quantity arrangements, address any supply chain vendors that could impede delivery schedules, and discuss mitigation strategies for potential risks. The questionnaire does not include specific response deadlines, award dates, or pricing terms, as it is a pre-solicitation document designed to assess contractor capability and interest prior to formal solicitation release.
