About this file

This is a Technical Data Package (TDP) receipt instruction document for a Defense Logistics Agency pre-solicitation market survey (DLA-Aberdeen-26-031) seeking sources for AN/PVS-4 Carrying Cases (NSN: 5855-01-040-3793). The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen is conducting this market survey on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center to identify manufacturers and suppliers capable of providing carrying cases that store the Night Vision Sight and its accessories. The Government possesses the TDP for the part and will conditionally release it to qualified sources; the TDP includes conceptual information and this is not a developmental effort. Any alternate designs must be approved by the Product Manager-Soldier Maneuver Sensors (PM-SMS).

Companies interested in receiving the TDP must submit requests to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the posting date and must meet specific security and certification requirements: active status in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP) with an approved DD2345, a completed and signed NDA, and verified CAGE status in the System for Award Management (SAM). The TDP is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and cannot be provided to non-U.S. persons or transferred outside the United States. Once the Government verifies the company's qualifications, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE with access credentials provided via email. Suppliers capable of supplying this item must contact the Government by March 10, 2026, submitting documentation of their capability such as test results, purchase order copies, or statements from listed sources demonstrating their ability to provide a physically and functionally compliant component.
